I got something baked! It was Tuesday when my sister Jackie came to visit, but I've been too busy to post. I had seen these on another blog and they've been on my "to-do" list for a few months now. Everybody loved them and they sure went fast! (I made them in mini muffin tins and got 24).

Here's what you do:
1. In a medium-large bowl, sift together all dry ingredients.

3. Scoop batter into muffin tins that have sprayed with cooking spray. I used a regular sized cookie scoop and got 24 mini muffins. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they just start to turn a bit golden at the edges.

5. Prepare yourself for all the nagging and whining that is sure to follow the making of these muffins..."Please make those muffins again!" "you never make anything for us!" "waaaaa!" (note: if you don't have 5 kids and a hungry hubby you might have considerably less whining and nagging, and that's ok).
Your the second blog in two days that has posted these beauties. Talk about torment! :)
